National Confab: Delegate pictured playing scrabble

is this what our millions is being used for? during the pienary session in yesterdays conference, a delegate was caught playing scrabble on his laptop. is this how boring the conference is ? we've heard reports of delegates being absent, some even walking out and the federal government is still yet to be convinced that this National Conference is just a big waste of time and resources.
